Wings are good, beer is good, and they play the Cardinals games. I've been here a few times and have not been disappointed!

My friend and I had lunch at The Brickhouse. The food, selection of draft beer and service was good. I ordered the half baked chicken, salad and broccoli salad. The chicken was tasty and moist. The broccoli salad had too much stalk in it though.
The main issue was the fly problem! My friend and I fought off flies throughout our entire meal. We talked to the waiter about it and he assured us that the owner was coming in soon and he'd let her know. No one ever came to our table. At one point we counted 10 flies on the table and booth area. We used menus to fan away the flies, but it was difficult to fan and eat at the same time. This was my first and last visit. -

Not a real BBQ joint. There are no meat combos or platters. It honestly felt like someone who has never been to a good BBQ place decided they would start up a restaurant. 3 sauces, all tomato based and very similar. Boring. Smoked chicken was ok, brisket was dry, baked beans were soupy and only one kind of bean, coleslaw was ok but a little sweet, and the cornbread was ok but cold. Nachos were ok but nothing to write home about. Id skip it.

I'd love to give the Brickhouse five stars, alas, I cannot. Harold B. is spot-on, the place is loud. While the loft-like industrial look makes for a casual and fun atmosphere, its structural design allows sound to travel and bounce all over the place - it's loud and annoying. Service was terrific. Thank you for that.
The menu was perfect. Sides really good - cheese curds crazy-good; baked beans the best; tater tots terrific. So, how do you allow so-so signature dishes to leave your kitchen? My buddy had wings - dry and flavorless. I had a half-rack of St. Louis ribs. Tender and promising yet not a drop of flavor. How do you let that happen? The answer is simple - you don't care and if you don't care, neither do I.
Is this how you want your food to be remembered?
*UPDATE* 6/18/2018 - My buddy, mentioned above, that got the incredibly dry signature wings when we visited, went back with another friend, Sunday early evening (6/17). He said they were seated and then they waited, and waited, and waited patiently and for far too long. It wasn't until they got up to leave that wait staff came rushing over. Too late; they left trying to figure out where else they'd go. Unbelievable.
We're gonna go back and try the burgers and that will be our last hurrah. We keep trying to like you. -
